How it works

You order and payAdd your candidates below and pay R299 per candidate securely with PayFast.
Each candidate gets a private invitationThe email shows that it comes from your company and explains exactly what you would receive.
The candidate completes it and choosesAbout 15 focused minutes. At the end, the candidate decides whether to share the full report with you.
You receive the report, if they agreeWilhelm reviews it personally and emails it to you, normally within 2 working days. If a candidate chooses not to share, you are told that, without any results.

Fair, transparent and with consent

  • The candidate decides. Nothing is shared without their clear, recorded consent, and they can change their mind until the report has been sent (POPIA).
  • A conversation guide, not a pass/fail test. The Blueprint shows natural preferences and fit. Use it alongside interviews, references and skills checks, never as the only reason to appoint or reject someone.
  • Every profile has strengths. There is no "good" or "bad" Blueprint, only better and worse fits for a specific team and role.
  • Confidential. Only the contact person you name receives the report. Please store it securely and use it only for this appointment.
